Overview

Our client is looking Drainage Engineers! We have an ongoing role for a very highly respected and award winning Drainage Company, with great salary packages and many additional employee benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining drainage systems to manage water flow effectively.

Candidate requirements: -

-Competence in using key drainage equipment inclusive of Sani-Snake and Jetter

- Proven 2+ years experience working on both internal and external blockages

- Proven experience using electro-mechanical drainage equipment

- Candidate attributes: -

-A keen eye for detail - A problem-solving attitude - Punctual

- Presentable and professional appearance

Candidate Desirables:

- Full UK driving licence

- High Pressure Water Jetting card

- Confined Space certification

- Health & Safety certification Benefits:

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,500.00 per year

Drainage: 2 years (required)

Responsibilities

- Design and plan drainage systems for residential and commercial properties
- Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems
- Conduct site surveys to assess drainage requirements
- Operate heavy lifting equipment for installation purposes
- Utilise plumbing skills to connect drainage components
- Weld and assemble drainage pipes as needed
- Use power tools to cut materials and assist in construction tasks
- Apply carpentry skills for structural support in drainage projects
- Perform basic maths calculations for measurements and material estimates
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot system issues
- Possess commercial driving skills for transportation of equipment
- Utilise hand tools for various tasks related to drainage engineering
